Does anyone know if the quest to make a mannequin for your Mog House is functioning? I don't want to get all the pieces only to find out it doesn't work. I heard a rumor that it is broken but I want to make sure.

Is the quest broken or the mannequin broken? I'm more interested in the quest afterwards.

The quest giver wont give u anything. I tried with a full set and nothing. Sadly from what I was told, this is super painful to make work. So if nas ever fixes it make sure to thank him.

Somewhat related, is there any attempt at a coordinated list of in-era quests that are known to be broken?

I know Venerer Ring isn't working right now either for example (CoP era quest in Rabao).

a lot of the super long quests seem to break, wish I wrote them down thinking monomi might be there XD

If it involves CoP don't bother. At least 90% of them are missing.
