You can't really diagnose a network problem over the internet like this. Call your ISP, make sure everything is good on their end, and if it is then get a new router if you're using one. Try a new fresh Nasomi install too just in case. |

Factors: - Interference on WiFi network in your home or defective wireless router (check firmware, cables, etc.) - Plug device directly into modem via Ethernet (bypass Wireless) for a huge gaming session and this will tell you if the problem is the connection or just your wireless router - If the problem persists connected directly into your modem then you can Powercycle the modem and then contact your ISP to check the connection quality and say that it's intermittent and ongoing everyday. This being said, they might send out a tech to look at the infrastructure from your home to the connector outside, etc. - When you DC, immediately run a speed test (usually the ISP will have a speed test website) and write down the time, date, and speed info - Keep a log of when you DC for your ISP to check the logs, if required - Then there is the hub in your area to the central office of the ISP however it's unlikely this is the issue or else many people would possibly be calling to complain I would say the first step is to plug your workstation directly into your ISP modem and setup your desk there temporarily ![]() |

You can test ur isp connection by tethering to your phone as well if it happens on both its a pc issue. This might get moved to support btw. |
