Fell Cleave is a 300 skill level GS WS. A warrior unlocks it at level 80. It was Abyssea.

Abyssea(which was the content that raised cap to 99) was 5-6 years after ToAU and ~3 years after WotG.

Man let me tell you, as a THF my favorite abilities were these two. It just added another element of depth and control to the party's threat management. If there's one thing out of era I'd be ok with it would be these. Then again, it opens the door for "well what about X!?" so I'll deal with not having them... for now.
