Post subject:  The forums could use some moderators.
The spam bots have been out in full-force here lately, and I sort of realized that Nas isn't a big forum user so he doesn't notice it in a timely manner.

I'm not advocating for in game GMs or anything, but could we appoint some people to clean up the forums?

I agree with you Gweivyth!


But it seems like these posts are getting a lot of replies. It looks like the post about side wigs even has 10 replies on it. If the players are interested in wigs then I don't see why we should remove it.

They are all spam bumps on the replies for the first two. What is wrong with the gamma question?

There's a reason there aren't moderators at this time. To ban by ip and delete all user posts you need to have full administrator access. To remove them individually it would take a long time and they'd just repost them as fast as you'd remove them. I'm working on another captcha system that should help.

I used a system on a forum I ran for a Minecraft server I had and used a simple captcha that asked a specific question about the server "What color is the floor at spawn?" and no bots were able to figure it out.
