Is this quest bugged or just not to era? If bugged, is this a known issue? I want to obtain a jaguar mantle, this quest is the prerequisite for the quest "for the birds". When I talk the the npc Koblakiq I just get the response "Back off!" |

I don't think it works. A good rule to live by is if it's a quest or NM item and there's never been one on the AH then it's probably not implemented on Nasomi. |
