If they dropped they would be from the BCNM 60 Divine Punishers I believe, although I am not sure if it works and don't know many people who are willing to risk 60 seals for it.

Certainly not from the NM. He drops Fumas. I've got no idea if a BCNM drops the rare/ex, but I'm guessing no. |

I know some older players have the Empress (Rare/ex) version of Emp hairpin here. They've said it came from VE, but back when it dropped the Rare/ex version instead of the sellable one like it currently does. Maybe that's the case for these kyahan too? |

I've seen someone with the rare/ex O.kotes and Fuma, so we can assume the bcnm works. |
