I remember when I played a long time ago, it was rumored the +1 fishing, mining, harvesting, HHP gear didn't work. Does all this work as intended today? |

I believe the mining and harvesting stuff works correctly. I've been told the fishing stuff does not. Never heard anyone ask about the hHP stuff since the signet changes damn near forever ago. |
