The rule is one HELM per household; Harvesting Excavation Logging Mining. Fishing does not count in this instance as far as I know.


EDIT: As said below apparently Fishing is included in this list on Nasomi.

Fishing is included as HELMF on here, but not sure about the main and alt question

You can't HELM on diff characters at the same time nor can other people in your house (same public IP presumably) HELM, while you are doing HELM.
