 So I have been attempting to log into the game in 3 different ways. 1 was to login to the website and check my account itself. The error message keeps coming up "incorrect password too many attempts please 40 or so minutes to login again". 2 But I log into the launcher and it says "Failed to login. Invalid username / password." I know that my pasword is not wrong and I changed it twice. 3 I log into the forums perfectly fine and no error messages. What do you think? Do I need to do anything?

Hello edit: I have found out how to fix this with my friend in the nas chat it looks like this https://i.imgur.com/8SgKvam.png The way we had fixed it was finding it was to find out that it was an ACCOUNT ISSUE. I changed my login password on my main account and he said change it to something easy so I did. So if your problem looks like mine you might want to change your password on nasomi.com in the top left corner go to "account" and you should know the rest after that it is easy! Thanks. |
