Logged into ffxi after a few months of not playing, zones me into bastock, haubergeon gone and Amnet +1 back gone, logged into my account on the browser, have a alt i never made registered to my account. Am i screwed?

Mine was breached too somehow. I never gave my account information to anyone. Took a break for a few months, came back, and millions of my gil and all gear is gone. Someone managed to login to my main account and change my character password too. I thought about trying to notify someone, but it's just not worth my time. Good luck getting any kind of support on Nasomi.

Sorry to hear this guys, I'm sure its a terrible feeling. Just a heads up, probably going to take considerably longer to hear anything back as hes starting vacation. Be patient, if anything.

He seemed perfectly content to jail someone manually while on vacation. I would not say your problem wouldn't get seen if you sent it to him. Though be patient is all I can recommend
