on my 3rd job fighting maat
im on thf and i failed the fight, so went an go new testimony cameback to waugh shrine
and now it says unable to use item.

im confused and not sure what to do

Did you try talking to Maat? Something similar happened to me on BRD and it turned out that it recorded it as a win so I didn't need to fight him again >_>;
