Happens occasionally try running at 30 fps and a lower resolution than 1080 or npc is just busted. |

This is kinda weird because it’s not related to a quest bug , character totally freezes upon talking o.o , was thinking at 60 fps thing but if it’s not that is hard to tell what caused it |

Well i was able to just get gloom breatplate with no issue maybe because ive already done this quest before? |

I got rap harness 7/03/19 yesterday, was no problems I could see at that time. |

The problem only occurred after i’d selected the “I need time to think about it” option. Had I simply chosen the gear option when initially offered, I don’t i’d have had the issue. |
