Cannot obtain xp band.

Post subject:  Cannot obtain xp band.
So its a new week and I cannot purchase a new Empress or Emperor band.
The game says "You do not meet the requirements to purchase the Empress band.".

Checked my inventory twice, I do not possess one.
I tried multiple different gate guards.
I have an ls-mate having the same issue.

Same issue, tried relogging, zoning, etc.. nothing :(

all people who experienced this problem before just need to ask a city guard in a different zone , like mine was bugged in Bastok mines but working in Bastok market hope it helps.

I've had that problem in the past and fixed it that same way as everyone else did.
This is a different problem with a different message.
I have tried many zones including, Bastok Markets, Bastok Mines, Port Bastok, Port Jeuno, Port Windurst and Lower Jeuno, all giving me the same message.

Then you 100% have an Empress or an Emperor somewhere already.

I've checked and checked my inventory. I've used the player portal to check. I do not have one.

Im also having this bug as well as 2 others i know. different zone guard didnt work.

According to the wiki, the reset for rings is Sunday night.
"Even though conquest resets midnight Sat night, you cannot recharge an EXP ring immediately after the conquest tally. Recharging an EXP ring requires waiting until midnight Sun night."
