I have gotten the Mythril Sand from Palborough Mines and returned to Bastok. Mission NPC "Savae E Paleade" will not accept the trade.

:/ Still locked there ... i also tried to kill the dragon with another guy that need it but Halver doesnt speak to me -_- Can i get unstuck ? reset all my rank if needed pls
