The Davoi Coffer Key drop rate is too low or broken. Every other coffer key comes at a decent rate. It shouldn't take 4 hours with TH4 to get 1 key. Yes I am in the right spot, and yes i'm killing the right mobs in Davoi, the upper orcs by Dirtyhand. |

UPDATE: it took 132 orcs with TH4 to get a key, this needs to be adjusted. This is the 3rd davoi coffer key i've had to farm and it always takes this long or longer with TH4. |

Did this 2 weeks ago with a friend (had TH4) took about a dozen orcs but we did Monastic Cavern. More dangerous but perhaps better drop rates? Try there next time |

On retail you had to farm in davoi, and the coffer was in monastic. |

I did the same thing previously. After killing the ones in Davoi for awhile, I tried the ones in the cavern. Definitely seems to drop more. I got two coffer keys within a dozen kills. |

*tin foil hat on* I think there's something funky with TH on nasomi, seen this multiple times: 1) Farmed magicked skull in dunes with TH4, no drop in over 50 kills. Someone told me "have someone who needs the skull hit the mob at least once". Dropped on the next kill. 2) Decided to help someone with Garlaige coffer, similar to your Davoi story we killed weapons for about 45min with no drop, we zoned out broke party, reformed, went back inside, got on next kill. Might be just completely random chance, but everytime I've fallen into a funk with TH I've done -something- to reset, log off, zone, break pt, etc and it seems to fix it. Not saying it'll work for you but in the future maybe try it out? |
