Same for me. Except I was once able to log into NasChat and sent Nas a PM. I stopped trying to log in to the game. Probably give it a try sometime Sunday evening. |

Let us know if anything changes on your end. ATM i'm installing on 2nd pc to take MY main pc out of the equation as a source of the problem. |

I don't see how it could be an issue on my end. Seeing as every other mmorpg I've tried and online game works without a problem and the last thing I did before having this problem is play on nasomi, log off and then try to log in the next day. |

Install on 2nd pc did nothing .. using mobile phone as hotspot did nothing. (different ISP). Issue persists |

Could be anti-ddos countermeasures kicking in. In some edge cases you can get around it by dropping MTU to a static value like 1472 or 1460. Will drop upload speeds a smidge because it will result in sendig more packets for the same amount of data (most people are running with 1500 or 1492). Another thing you can try is a VPN. In addition to not only dropping the packet sizes a bit, it can also potentially put you coming in through a different IXP at Nasomi's end... avoiding the problem area. |

I'm getting error 3101 while trying to enter Nasomi for the first time. Was able to create a character. The wiki seems to be down currently (the links time out). Guess I will pray that the problem goes away in a few hours. I'm a pleb who tethers to their mobile phone for internet connection. Related to the issue? |

I don't think so, I'm hard wired and have the same exact issue. Also my first time. Going to try again in the morning as well I guess. |

same here. was able to make my account, get through char creation, and then it doesn't let me into the game. keep getting error ffxi-3101. tranmission error with lobby server. |
