Hi, I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times now. I have tried reinstalling on different drives as well. I tried on my E drive and I get this problem, tried on my C drive too and same thing. I tried removing windows registries and reinstalling. I have tried browsing for the file/files it needs and I cannon find what is looking for. Not sure what to do next. The message I get reads... The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "PlayOnline Viewer _ Tetra Master.msi" in the box below. |
