About a year or two ago, I created an account on Nasomi. The login process was completely different than what it is today. I vaguely remember being required to go through POL to log in. I created a character and played but stopped playing.

A few days ago I decided to start playing again. However, I don't remember my old account info. Created a new account which I thought was my old account. However with this Ashita login, POL is bypassed entirely. When I try to create a new character, I keep getting error code FFXI-3113 since obviously my old character still exists somewhere.

I want my old character's name.

It's a new process now, much easier for ppl than that old file repair system. Have to go to forum account options and link your character accounts to your forum account. 1 character per game account, 3 game accounts per forum account, main, alt, mule (mule is restricted to level 10), if you don't remember your old user account and pass, (if it's worth possibly months of waiting), may can check with nasomi on irc (naschat link at top of page) he might could send a reset link to the email attached to your old account.
