I am not offered the options to log in or create a new account as I seem to remember I could.
Is there an obvious solution to this that I am missing?

Try to get the latest version of ashita that comes with the installer

Is there a place I can download just the latest version of ashita? I reinstalled everything with the new installer and still not having any luck with the bootmod.

This gets me to the correct bootmod now but I haven't been able to log in. I keep getting Error Code FFXI-3101 now. :'(

Since you are returning player , did you bind your character to website account?

I did indeed do this about 10 months ago or so. As far as I can tell everything is in working order. I just can't seem to successfully connect to the servers now.

Interesting. So you are now only allowed three characters total over all your separate accounts? Am I supposed to just delete my alt that is under the same login as my main?

not sure how this work but what im sure is that u will get that error untill your account has 1 char only binded xD
