I hope this letter finds you well. I have recently received the quests Omens from my good friend Waoud in Whitegate. I traveled to the ill fated location and did fight that battle to the end. The immortal flan stood no chance from the get go. I am, however, writing to tell you that the quest was not finished to absolution. In fact the BCNM continued on until the dastardly timer finished. I did not get credit nor is my heart fulfilled. Please assist.

Did you perchance see a Khimaira in your fateful encounter with the horrid immortal flan? This was the case when I entered that same BCNM many many moons ago. In order to get the mission to succeed in this bygone time, I was eventually forced to lure the flan right to the entrance, before eviscerating his slimey behind. This lead to great success and joyous celebration at the time. Mayhap the nearby doors signals a passage on the path to success.
