Tried all the names and passwords for what should've been my login info but none of them are working. Will have to submit a ticket to nas to try and recover it. thanks for the help

Played Nasomi back in January 2018 last i knew and stopped but now that I decided to come back i cant seem to login into my account nor find my character under the list of toons with player age. Wasnt really high level but i had some decent stuff and dont really want to start over again from lvl 1. Anyone know if my character can be recovered or how i can do this? |

Your char appears on the player list only if its online. You will need to submit a ticket to nasomi under support if you need an email or password reset. |

Ok. Is there usually a problem with the support page not loading? I've tried clicking on it but after a few mins it just brings me to some error 524 timeout page. |

I never got the support page to work but I think your issue can be resolved by linking your game account to forum account. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5997 |
