is there a way to reset or do a forgot password? I remember my old account user name and thought i knew the password. I guess I don't though because it wont let me log in. Unless my old account was deleted? The account i'm trying to log into I made about 4 years ago. Would it still be there? |

You can pm nasomi with your information and he can try and look it up for you, but the line is long i've heard people waiting a few weeks or months for a response. if you know your login information, it won't work without being bound to a forum account. You have to go to the account page at the top and log in with your forum info, then click bind legacy account. |

so no recover password options? When i try and make a new character with the same name it says name is taken so my account must still be on there. Just cant log into it |

Since you have played last, all accounts are bound and must be registered . You will see your main/alt/mule options once you register. You need the user name/pass to bind each one. Can try to bind them with your passwords if you can recall them. If you do, then it will let you log in. Otherwise yes you must submit a ticket and wait for quite some time. Maffers has been waiting for about 6 months now:/ . Wish you luck! |
