I have the exact same issue as a previous post. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8312 I have reached out on NAS chat, but it seems dead. "Support" atop the web page does not work, nor does the link in the NAS chat so this is my last hope  I would assume it is a simple fix from the admin side of things, but who knows. i'm having this same exact issue but it seems it happened after a zone crash. Any news on getting it fixed? |

1st thing is hit the account link on top of this page, head to the character stuck in loop, then to erm account management i think, then hit clear session, click the tiny button at the bottom to clear session. If that doesn't work, can also try opening command prompt or command.exe whatever it is on ur pc, if you're windows 10 just open start menu and type command and it'll pop up a little icon with a c:> in it, right click that run as administrator, when it opens type ipconfig /release hit enter (do not do this if you're connected per virtual machine or remote connections *e.g. a console at your job*) ipconfig /renew hit enter (do not do this either if you're connected per virtual machine or remote connections *e.g. a console at your job*) ipconfig /flushdns (Just don't touch ipconfig if you're playing on a work pc..... You'll probably get fired, just sayin....) This will release your adapters domain ip then renew it and it will clear the dns cache, may not work for ya *shrugs* but it's pretty safe to try everything I've mentioned without fearing any permanant damage, and in some cases depending on your network environment, these steps have been known to work for people. Anything outside of these steps, I can't comfortably assist you with personally, so best of luck, happy new year and all that jazz^^ |

I ended up just moving her to my mule slot and making a new alt since she was low enough lvl I did not mind starting over, but if it should happen again or I need a mule later on...FML lol |

have to tried to turn off your antivirus and attempting it? Ive heard this works sometimes. |
