No it is not LB3! I completed it.

This happened before. After a sync party once I was permacapped at lvl 40 Nas had to fix it.

Now it's happened to my thf at lvl 60 after a lvl sync party. Been like this a week now. Please fix.

nas chat is what you need to do. i know i know. its a pain in the butt. I was mission glitched and it took 1 1/2 weeks to clear it up. I kept my pc on 24hrs and left my chat window open the whole time. Each day i msged nas in the same chat window being friendly...wishing him a great day. and each msg repeating the problem in short. he does get back to you.

Let me be honest though. If your a dick on the msges. I could see nas being like "fuck that guy" lol. If you were a dick at some point. may be wise to apologize.
