hello. i have been out of game for about a year, and returned last week to find my account was missing. i had a forum account with 2 attached characters (account name masrabr). i tried logging directly into the characters, and the forum account and it says incorrect password/username. when i try to reset my password it says there is no account with the associated e-mail address. i know i have my login info correct, but it acts like my account doesnt exist anymore, even though theres still posts made by me on forums. ive been in nas chat for several days trying to contact nasomi via pm and main channel chat, but have gotten no response. i had 2 characters with clear CoP, sky access, limbus/hnm loots, all blu spells, and multiple lvl 75 classes. i dont want to lose all of it, plz help! |

i'm still trying to get into my account. its been 3 months and I cant even get into contact with nasomi |
