I know that it’s possible to get sky access back after losing it from changing nations, but I am having no luck contacting Nasomi. For those who have had luck with this, what did you do? Thanks ahead of time. |

I believe you still need Rank 6 to be able to go to sky, So unless you are rank 6 and can't get to sky, then no idea. |

Yeah it’s on my main Lamichney. She’s rank 10 in all three nations. It’s not a rank issue, it’s a glitch on Nasomi that resets ZM missions when you change nations. The problem lies when you need to do the ZM that asks you to touch the gate. I still have the key item and it lets me though the gate. Therefore the next mission never gets triggered and I’m stuck in a loop. I think the fix is to remove my cerulean crystal. I just don’t know how to contact Nasomi to get this done. Naschat seems to be useless and the support has been taken down. |

Persistence is the key. I stayed logged into Naschat all day and checked access tonight. Got in! Thank you Nasomi!! |
