Hello, when i installed this game for the first time i found a ban on my IP, i live in a new apartment and am using the Internet that was here before. I used a VPN to make an account and send an email to support to tell them what happened. Now when i try to log in it say sending account id after a while Hairpin fix applied and exit by itself. As i said before i never played this game so i find it very strange if any of the support can help please. |

Best solution is move to a new house/apartment and hope the previous owner did not get banned too. Anyway jokes aside, how do you know your IP is banned? Where does it say so? |

The only way i can use the Forum is with a VPN, i played this game for the first time and so far i love it, if i can`t fix it i found another server EDEN. |

Doesnt sound like youre banned. Sounds like registry keys arent setup correctly or your bootmod isnt in the right spot. There was a section in the troubleshooting in the wiki that talked about a few different steps to fix it, but wiki is down right now it looks like... I would just try to re-install the game if I were you. Also if you installed retail that will for sure mess up your registry settings. There are some scripts out there they will update your registry keys for you so you can bounce between nasomi, other private servers, and retail. Good luck! |

The banned on forums messages is what many of us get here very often. Has nothing to do with your account for ingame. As Tenshu mentioned, your setup of Ashita is not properly set (most likely). |
