(accidentally posted this in the PC support forum, whoops) So, when I first tried to join this, I'd screwed something up (I think I'd made a character and learned that race actually matters, and that it was a bad race for my class?), and deleted my character in order to remake. Of course, I didn't realize that I couldn't just do that, and after a while of frustration I uninstalled. So now I'm trying again, with a friend or two. How do I go about properly deleting that "account" so I can make a character? Second, whenever I try to fire up Ashita.exe, it always fails to connect, and I think I remember having that issue and fixing it. How do I fix that? |

Don't think you can delete an account or a character. |

You can't delete an account, but you can delete your character on the maintenance page. Then you can make a new character on the same account. |

how do I do that? like I said, in-game I deleted it already, and if doing it correctly is also in-game, then I need to overcome the second issue |
