If I navigate to Account, I have a login screen I must enter credentials. How do I reset this password? Also, I have guessed several times over the past few weeks. I try once and get the notice "You have 5 or more invalid login attempts. You must wait 60 minutes before attempting to log in again." I don't know if my attempts are doing anything at this point. Thanks for your help.

Iam having the same issue with my wife’s account that she hasn’t used in 3 years, can’t figure out password for life of me. Can’t find information on how to reset
