Hello, I deleted the only alt character I had on my second account. When I attempted to create a new alt, it would not allow me to connect stating "Connection Timed Out" during login, or something to that effect. I then logged out of my alt and logged into my main account and my main character was gone. Looking back at my alt account, that character is now back like it was never deleted. 1. Deleted alt on second account (showed successful deletion) 2. Attempted to create new alt on second account (would never let me into the game. Kept timing out). 3. Logged into main account and my main character was gone. 4. Checked My alt account and my deleted alt was back like it was never deleted. Any way for the admins to restore my main? |

That exact same thing just happened to me an hour ago. I am reading that it happened to people in 2018 and it had something to do with the 3101 error that everyone has been experiencing with new characters. Hopefully Nasomi will read this and assist us with restoring our mains that were deleted by the server in error when we deleted our alts. |

Nasomi wont read/see this - you'll need to contact him directly through nasomi.net IRC. PM him and hope he gets to you. |

Tried that last night and for some reason it wont let me type in the chat window when i PM ~nasomi in naschat. I guess that is it then. Later all, was good while it lasted. |

You double clicked his name so a seperate window opened? Try a different browser and make sure you allow Java-popup/message. |

Sent a PM to Nasomi on IRC 6 days ago and followed up each day since. Still nothing. He must be swamped. |
