I couldn't find any information on this when I checked but sorry if it has already been addressed... Today some LS members and I blitzed through CoP missions and I gained access to Riverne Site #A01 in order to start the Confessions of a Bellmaker quest, however after making our way through and to the necessary Stone Monument to start the quest nothing happens except a message saying that the inscriptions are too faded to read. I've scoured over these forums and notes on the retail version and haven't been able to draw any info. does this dagger/quest purely not exist here or are there more requirements to start this quest than stated? Edit: To clarify, my accompanying friend didn't get the CS either |

A lot of the CoP side quests don't work The one for the low level acc ring doesn't work. None of the weekly xp scroll quests work. The one that has a chance at netting an assault breastplate isn't in. Even the CoP portions of Apoc Nigh don't work post bahamut v1 |
