So im trying to help someone set up and their email registration has not gone through... is there a way to fix this? i have checked all folders and so on. nothing |

this issue was supposed to be fixed few days ago.... anyway try to change browser i did some test myself few days ago and seems like there was a problem with both Mozilla and Chrome at least... it worked tho twice when i used Microsoft edge as browser to get the code. |

well i just tested and i got a code using Chrome , be sure to not touch anything while u have the loading circle when receving the code ( might take up to a minute) but i can tell u there are no issues at the moment |

also on the log in section there is a button called resend activation code try that as well |

yes i know u are not getting it but you should , also if things didn't work u gotta try a different e-mail 1 , the 1 you used before is done if it didn't work. |
