I'm trying to start an alt character and I keep getting stuck at the final login section "Checking name and Gold World Pass".

Then after a minute or two it times out and I get "Error code: FFXI-3113" Protocol time out error.

What can I do to fix this? Logging in to my main works fine however.

i just logged in and went afk for 2 minutes and came back to find myself logged back out. now when i try to launch the game after selecting resolution it fails to connect. server down?.... nevermind, resolved itself after half an hour o.0

New player, i zoned from valkurm dunes to konschtat highlands and now im trapped under the terrain off the map... i have relogged and waited almost 12 hrs to resolve it, nobody in local area to ask, and no linkshell to get help, what do i do?

Log into the account page on the website, go to maintenance, and go to unstuck. It will unstuck you.

I wanted to confirm if others are seeing inconsistencies in the webpage's fame/reputation reports? This worked to help me on my main account and confirm my fame, but with doing quests for my alt, there is no progression in fame level. Is this expected or a known issue with alt accounts?

Edit/Update: Took about 1 RL day to update on the site. All good now

After I login I am getting an immediate R0. Is it just me or it it just Whitegate?

I am not sure this is the place for it; however, login server seems to be down right now.
