Hi guys! i have problem to play right now, i log in, select my char and then i just get a black screen with the downloading sign forever :S

North Sandy is down right now. Any characters in that zone cannot login or do anything.

Hi all,
I've been stuck in Sandy Dynamis from a run on Saturday (10th July)..Can anyone please help?.
Black screen only when logged in, no menu function, 99hours weaken shows tlhs?

I've tried several times now the "Clear Session" & "Unstuck" links but these have not helped,
Char = Jessi, HP = Sandy,

P.s, Naschat not working for me or Support (new) links. (these links do not connect, just blank page or time out).

Hi Viktoriya, and thanks for the response,

Ive just re-logged back into the game and im still Sandy Dyna, unfortunately the Enter button doe'nt bring up any options,
i do remember from the run on Saturday that i had been tractored after a KO and also stayed in the zone until we got booted, i.e zone timed out,
not sure if this info may help but as it is, im still stuck,

ATM if i retry the Unstuck function in account options, it only now replys that i have used this option already.. :(
no Black screen atm but just walking KO'ed in zone still with 99 hours of weakened not aggroing mobs..

Edit: just closed game window, relogged and im starfished KO'ed this time with the option to HP, free at last.. Free at last :)
no real reason why, but i can only put it down to the Tractor bug if used in zone and dont log out to reset char... :?

Hello.
My main, Palantir, is seemingly stuck logged in at the entrance to Beadeaux.
Tried to clear session a few times with no luck.

Nothing unusual to report. Zoned in from Pashhow, realized I skipped a step in my mission, warped my alt back to Bastok, decided I didn't want to do the mission yet and just logged out there.

I'm having a hell of av time trying to figure out how to install the private server to get going. Basically I need a dumbed down clear step by step guide from the start.
I'm not C++ at all, more like D--

Anyway. Please help in showing to get back into this game as it was meant to be played!

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my character not gaining any experience points after reaching level 13. He has a total of 7 exp points after reaching level 13 but he won't go higher than that. Have I missed some sort of level cap for warrior class or something? Thank you for your help.

Hi hello everyone

i get a camera problem/bug in Outer Horutoto Ruins while i was doing 1-2 windurst mission bc a bomb hit me while i was doing the orb thing

i log out with that camera problem and since then i cant log in

i try the " Maintenance > Clear Session > Unstuck " but my character still show up that is online

hope anyone can let me a hand with this
