I can't complete Signed in Blood. I got the quest key item Torn-off pages from Ordelle's but when I take them to the
mayoer of Selbina he only talks about the Clay Tablet quest. I complete the current tablet I'm on, tell him I don't want
to do any more, and he still will only talk about that quest. I go to Sobane in case the quest flagged but the conversation
was bugged, and the quest hasn't flagged.
