I've only done it once and I meet all the requirements.

I changed my main and my alt earlier this year, both to tarutaru, both 1st change.

A few days ago, I changed my alt for the 2nd time. When I tried to change main for 2nd time, the site tells me I have no changes remaining.

I will continue to contact Nasomi, but wanted to put it on the forums too.

Sorry to hear that, but it's good to know that maybe there only 3 changes in total rather than per character.
