| Post subject: | Can't log in for first time |
So I downloaded the game on my girlfriends laptop and she can get all the way to making a character but can't log in once she has. We get a ffxi-3101 error. I've tried reseting the router and deleting the character and making it again I can log in to my account via her laptop so the game seems to be installed properly and if I try her account on my laptop we get the same error Please help

with as many people as I've seen/heard report that exact issue the last couple days, I think it is a server-side issue and not necessarily anything you can affect on your local machine. Haven't heard a reason or resolution yet, but have been monitoring chat hoping something comes out soon! I'm pretty anxious to get to play, myself! |
