hi i just got to lvl 12 on blm and tried doing the question in sandoria and the npc doesn't give it to me and its not on the AH how could i get the skill? |

I'm assuming you mean Drain, you need to have reputation level 3 in Sandoria to be offered the quest. You can either do random quests in Sandoria or choose a repeatable quest to boost your fame. Can learn more about that here: https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Quick_Reputation |
