I've been getting this error from the Cooking guild for well over a week and cannot turn in GP items.

Tried joining another guild and coming back as well as ranking up, and just flat out waiting. It doesn't let me turn the wanted item in, period.

Any ideas?

If you recently ranked up, you need to wait for 12:00 AM EST for it to work. But I got the error two days in a row as well and I'm at max rank, so I don't know what the deal is.

Whenever you change guild or rank up you can't do guild points for that day. So funny enough you're doing everything wrong lol. You just wait for the next day then you can start doing guild points. Always do guild points before you rank up.

I hadn't leveled cooking and over a week, and when I went to check the turn in, it said still said ineligible. This was at Journeyman rank, and have since ranked up to Craftsman. No amount of time has fixed this issue.

Sometimes you can fix this problem by attempting to buy a guild point item that you cannot afford and then checking your eligibility again. At least it has worked for me... sporadically.
