I have been trying since 2019 to gain access to my main account. I have 2 ffxi accounts and only 2 emails I have ever used in my lifetime and each were associated with each ffxi account. The problem I am having is that in 2019 the last time I logged into this account everything was fine and the next day it said "incorrect password" which is funny because I have the same password for both accounts and I still have access to my other account. When I try to use the "forgot password" option it says "incorrect username / password" which again I only have ever used 2 emails in my lifetime. At first I thought maybe my account was hacked but when I look at the member list it shows the last time my character was online was back in 2019 the same time I last logged in with the account. I also started to think that somehow maybe my account was deleted but when I try to "register a new account" with that same username / email it says that its currently taken. I have tried to contact GMs, Moderators, NASCHAT etc and they all tell me the only person who can help me is Nasomi but even since 2019 I have private messaged him and I get no response. Is this basically a lost cause? |

Were there gms or mods back then? tldr ya need to ping nas on naschat or facebook, and this will take time. |

Yes there were even more back then and this is the same typical response I receive from everyone but what if you don't get a response after months let alone years? I have tried facebook and naschat private message Nasomi |

I think the longest I ever wait for nas on something that mattered was 4-5 days? Feel like petz was the only one around that was something more than a player at that time, but I could be wrong. How about ya pm nas and find out? |

Forum or character login? So all 3 of your characters are (main, alt and mule) are on this forum account that you cannot log into anymore? I can't remeber when but all 3 of your allowed characters were merged into 1 one forum account a good few years ago, which i assume you cannot access otherwise you would be able to see the characters on that forum account and be able to change their passwords and see if that works |

It was months after that merge that all of a sudden I could not log into my main account. I am currently using my alt account to post on these forms but my main account I can not log into the game nor this website. |
