"I’m experiencing an ongoing issue in the game where, whenever I enter the Mog House to change jobs, I can highlight the Moogle, but no menu appears, and it doesn’t respond. This problem isn’t isolated to just me—my friend, who also plays the game, is encountering the same issue. Do you have any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this?" |

Sometimes, connectivity issues or server-side problems can affect your ability to interact with the Moogle. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no server maintenance periods or disruptions affecting the game. |

You have to access it from the Menu. Hit "-" first and select "Mog House" from the bottom of the menu. Clicking on the moogle directly does not work. |
