Beware of flagging this quest as it blocks several key quests in Windurst. Currently the quest giver won't accept the tahrongi cactus that you give him. The quest giver is in Windurst Waters (south map) in a building on the far west area of the map. On a side note, Hat in Hand doesn't work as well and as such, the 2 following quests are broken as well. |

I did this quest 20 minutes ago and it did have an issue, however i talked to nas and he was able to fix it. You may have to talk to him to get reset, so you can complete it. |
