http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Under_Oath Hello, me (Mywife character) and at least one other are unable to progress on the "Under Oath" Paladin AF chest quest past a certain point. The progression stops where you have to interact with a well in Davoi, but the monsters, two NMs, do not spawn upon interaction. Due to this, the quest is currently broken and I would guess that many Paladins are unable to complete it. The one other, the character "Sahib" has previously tried to complete it a week before but experienced the same exact broken progression. This time we both tried to do it while in the area yesterday but no NMs were able to spawn. http://imgur.com/N7m26Fz The above link is the Well/Object in question, along with our characters who attempted to spawn the quest related NMs. Thank you for any help with this. |

Alrighty all, so turns out the quest is semi-broken. The quest related mobs still spawn...elsewhere in the map and they still make there way over to try and kill you. Along with anything else they link along the way. So just sit around a bit and you should see them after a few minutes for you to kill. |

Thanks for sharing the info! I've been waiting to get my surcoat for months, always assuming the NM's don't spawn. Now knowing that they spawn far away, I brought someone with widescan along and we saw that it spawned up around G-7 area of davoi map. We found that we could intercept them near the river bridge northwest of the village well, before they link too many stuff. Overall we only had 1 link to deal with. I don't know if it always spawns in the same location, or just randomly somewhere in Davoi, but in any case this is good news of Paladins. |

Just did the PLAD AF3 fight in Davoi, after pop the NMs at the well, I ran north to the E7/F7 area and waited until they ran up out of the wall. Had one link in the local area that was easy enough to kill. |
