Post subject:  Cannot buy items with CP (scroll of instant warp or reraise) says I have to sort inventory
My inventory is sortted, I have 18/30 items.
I managed to buy one of each of those items only.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked ALL of your inventory? This cares about your mog house and all associated storage, not just your personal inventory. If you have some banked it won't sell them to you.

Also make sure you have sufficient CP.

They're /ex, you can only have one of them at a time.

ex = exclusive to one character; item cannot be traded or sold.

rare = can only have one in possession.

The rare/ex indicators appear in the upper right corner of the item description box.
