fixed it, you have to right click the resolution pop up before the dos page.

right click on your preferred resolution and click edit, go to the command text box and enter this user-- yourusername --pass yourpassword
replace the information with your own but keep user-- and --pass as they are functions the system needs to understand and your golden.

i can't log in, i followed what you did and it fixed something but i get stuck now on a black screen.

I had it working, deleted my character because i wanted to be Hume, and the game froze during deleting him, now i can't login again, stuck on the black screen and i've reset everything, including my router and pc and settings for the launcher. But i'm at a loss now what to do, was really looking forward to playing.

I've left it an hour and tried again and it still does the same.
