If it's been fixed went is he experiencing this? Is there something we need to download before patches take effect?

Hi, I recently acquired a Buzzard Tuck for my rdm. Idk about the duration buff, but the damage bonus effect is not working. I equipped it and cast enthunder and a few other enspells, and it offers the same en dmg as with any other sword. Am i doing something wrong? |
