I'm honestly at a loss as to how to go about retrieving my login info. I have been playing on your servers since 2012 and have always enjoyed the people and the memories. Recently, I read the server's population had seen a healthy spike and it intrigued me to revisit the website and possibly re join the fun i once had. My first task would be to retrieve my login info. On February 20th I posted in the forums requesting help. Nabutso was kind enough to point me towards Nas chat and suggested I send a pm. Others suggested the same, indicating you pay more attention to the chat than the forums for "support" type problems. Since February 20th - several times during the week and every weekend - I have periodically logged in to the chat requesting assistance both in general chat and through PMs. Some weekends I spend 6+ hours waiting by my pc in hopes of hearing back. Always popping in with a quick "Has anyone seen nas around?" "Can anyone help me with my login info?" Including direct pms. Before I go further, I want to impart that I understand you are one person, and that you maintain the server and provide support for its players from the kindness of your heart out of appreciation for the game and the happiness it brings to others. I am fully aware you are a busy man... Tonight I freed some time to try again and to my greatest happiness, I saw your name appear in chat! However, my happiness was brief as I read the text saying "You have been removed from nas chat". I sincerely apologize if my message in chat was interpreted as anything other than a joke, but .. it is friday, and ive had a few to drink, so I would hope that "Yo ill s someones d if they can get nas's attention for a few to help" was not taken as anything aside from a light hearted friendly joke... If you feel that this is a serious enough offense to ban me from the chat permanently after attempting contact through multiple channels with no cruel intentions for over a month, then I'm really not sure what to say. Have a great night and a great Easter! |

Lol -- first time you see him actually type in chat and that's the first thing you were able to think of? That you'll suck someone off? Not really a mystery why you were kicked. XD |

Given that someone else had your account info, that may be why Nas ignored you and did what he did. You know, in addition to the language. A lot of times, people who share accounts end up in a situation where they don't want to share them anymore. It's against the rules to share accounts, or gift them even, because of things like that. How is nas supposed to know who owned it? |

How is nas supposed to know who owned it? Him and his brother played and quit long before that rule existed, just saying. But, youre right though. Some people very much made one of his characters theirs(name and race change plus finished leveling the craft), so nas would have had a lot of trouble believing him and confirming it was actually his account. This and the language(lol) probably made nas feel he had far more important things to do than potentially compromise other people's characters. |

It was always a rule, people just didn't interpret it properly. |
