Post subject:  In-game bugs

I quickly scanned through a few pages of topics and didn't see anything related to this so I apologize if it has been posted. It's probably well known at this point though because it was happening to me the last time I played on Nasomi as well which was several months ago.

When I'm healing, occasionally I can't get up. I will go to move so I get up, but once I stand up I immediately go back into resting again. It usually only does this 1-2 times in a row and has never been too big of a problem except last night it got me killed so now it obviously is a huge problem!

Another bug I occasionally run across is when I'm engaged in combat I will 'disengage' automatically. It's in quotes because you don't actually disengage, the menu boxes all change to what they are while disengaged and you're just standing there with your weapons put away, but the text box still reads out damage if you're within melee range. Oddly you can rest while in this state, then get up and attack the mob still without your weapons drawn.

To the resting bug: I've found a way around it by engaging a monster if one is nearby (click, choose attack). This will force your character to stand up and draw a weapon, which will mean the difference between life 'n death if your party members are dying and you're the only healer.

I have no solution if you're not near a hostile monster... but at least you're not in danger, right?

As far as the 1st issue goes try using the heal button, "*" on the extended keyboard, "h" on compact, or typing /heal. I'm not sure what the issue is with moving to cancel healing, but I ran into this issue all the time starting out so I just got out of the habit of doing it all together.

The 2nd issue you described I have never experienced, or heard about before.
