I am a bastok citizen I somehow received derfland supplies for requesting Qufim supplies (Did it almost exactly when it reset) I tried talking to the guards, going to derfland outpost, waited 24 hours etc, HOW DO I GET RID OF IT I ABSOLUTELY NEED QUFIM |

You must have opened up the menu for picking up supplies before the week changed, and then selected the supplies after the reset. What gets sent to the server isn't which supplies, but the index you chose in the menu. The index you chose then matched the wrong zone. |
