I've accidentally brought up this hidden menu in chatwindow which displays an orange rectangle underneath the chat window. It reminds me of the hiragana/katakana input method window that was in the Japanese PS2 version, but this is the NA version, and I have no idea how to bring it up. Google is yielding no results.
